We offer classes for larger groups of students (up to 14 per class) at:

Mats - we have a limited supply of heavy-duty leather gymnastics mats as well as lighter foam mats.

 

Audio-visual support - the use of video programs displaying different levels of intensity allows the instructor to work with every member of a class individually.
